We want you to love your Golden Goose sneakers. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
- Items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Sneakers in unworn, original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging and shoe boxes included
- Receipt or proof of purchase provided
- Items purchased at full price or on sale
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized sneakers
- Items showing signs of wear beyond trying on
- Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days
- Gift cards and accessories (unless defective)

Get Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours of your request.
Pack & Ship
Securely pack your items in original packaging and attach the return label to ship back to us.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing
We process refunds quickly to get your money back to you as soon as possible:
Refund Timeline:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- Processing: 3-5 business days for refund to be initiated
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with multiple payment methods, refunds will be applied proportionally.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for unworn items within 30 days:

- Specify the size or style you'd like to exchange for
- We'll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If there's a price difference, we'll refund or charge the difference accordingly
Size Exchange Guarantee:
First-time customers can exchange for a different size within 60 days of purchase, even if briefly worn outdoors. This one-time courtesy ensures you find your perfect Golden Goose fit.
Defective or Damaged Items
While rare, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll make it right immediately:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We'll expedite a replacement or full refund
- No need to return the defective item unless requested
- Full refund of all shipping costs
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- 30-day return policy applies to international orders
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
- Items must clear customs and be received in original condition
- Refunds processed in USD, converted to your local currency by your bank
- Additional customs or duty fees are non-refundable
