  • Sneakers in unworn, original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and shoe boxes included

  • Items purchased at full price or on sale

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized sneakers
  • Items showing signs of wear beyond trying on
  • Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Gift cards and accessories (unless defective)

Refund Processing

We process refunds quickly to get your money back to you as soon as possible:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
  • Processing: 3-5 business days for refund to be initiated
  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with multiple payment methods, refunds will be applied proportionally.

Exchanges

Size Exchange Guarantee:

First-time customers can exchange for a different size within 60 days of purchase, even if briefly worn outdoors. This one-time courtesy ensures you find your perfect Golden Goose fit.

Defective or Damaged Items

While rare, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll make it right immediately:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We'll expedite a replacement or full refund
  • No need to return the defective item unless requested
  • Full refund of all shipping costs

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • 30-day return policy applies to international orders
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
  • Items must clear customs and be received in original condition
